A Test of Faith Because Fox knew that God would answer his every prayer, he was constantly asking for help in the details of his life; thus, one day when his sink was clogged, Fox fell to his knees and beseeched God for guidance. At that moment God was on another planet, saving the inhabitants from an oncoming comet, but because Fox's prayer was so fervent, he left the massive collision for earth. "How may I help you my child?" said God. "You took so long, I  did it myself," said Fox, irately working a plunger in his sink. "You certainly know how to test a guy's faith!"
