I Feel Like Canada

I like my bacon cut in circles for my breakfast every day.
I measure trips in kilometers, and I like to end a sentence with eh.
I like to play football with twelve men on a team.
I like flannel shirts and long underwear under my jeans

Chorus:
Because I feel like Canada. Yes, I feel like Canada.
Said, I feel like Canada, she got a hold on me.

I like maple sugar, and I like the maple leaf,
And I like to troll for walleye with my buddy who's an Indian chief.
I want to camp out in the woods. I want to row a canoe.
I want to eat a bunch of venison and guzzle a Canadian brew

Chorus

I want to sail to Nova Scotia and eat lobster by the bay.
I want to see a polar bear. I want to end another sentence with eh.
I want to eat smoked salmon and carve a totem pole.
I want a Native North American spirit watching over my soul.

Chorus

I like to fly the Union Jack. I like to fly the Fleur-De-Lis,
But most of all I like to see the maple leaf waving at me.
Jaim deployee le Union Jack Jaim deployee la Fleur-De-Lis.
Me certu je 'dor voile Foille de rable mu salue

Chorus
She got a hold on me.
She got a hold on me.
She got a hold on me.
